Congratulations to the Brazoswood Junior Varsity Winterguard team. On March 16, at CE King High School, the group competed in the Texas Colorguard Circuit (TCGC) Scholastic JV Regional A Class Blue Round against 28 other teams from around the Houston area.
For the first time since 1998, the Brazoswood Winterguard was named 1st place Champions.
The title of their show is “A Walk to Remember.” This show illustrates the joy and excitement as a young couple (or maybe even the nervousness of a first date) as they take a walk through a park or field of flowers. Frolicking, picking flowers, chatting on a park bench, cloud watching, rolling down hills, etc. are elements utilized to set the tone of the show.
Director Theo Harrison stated, "I am extremely proud of the hard work that these students have put in this season." Congratulations once again to the 2024 Texas Colorguard Circuit Scholastic JV Regional A Class Blue Round Champions!
