Brazoswood Belles and Their Hard Work Rewarded at Dance Competition

Congratulations to the Brazoswood Belles Varsity and Junior Varsity Dance Teams for their amazing success at the Marching Auxiliaries (MA) Dance Competition at Shadow Creek High School in Pearland.
All dance teams from BISD, Brazosport, Brazoswood, Clute Intermediate and Lake Jackson Intermediate entertained their audience the night before the contest in the first BISD Dance Team Show Off where all the teams performed their competition dances in front of friends and family. It was a wonderful, hopefully annual event.
On Friday, February 2, the Belles traveled to Pearland where they joined nearly 40 dance groups ranging from 5 year olds to seniors in High School. There are many different divisions based on style, age level, and size of the dance team. Ashley Farrar said it well, “We are so proud of these girls and all the hard work they have put in so far this contest season and it shows!”
Congratulations to Kristen Barton, Ashley Farrar and your dance teams!
