2019 Brazoswood Choir Students Begin Road to State Choir Selections
In Texas, roughly 20,000 students start the process leading to the final ensemble selection to Texas Music Educators Association’s All-State Choir. The first competition in that journey was held Saturday, September 21st at Angleton High School. The choir took 15 singers to the audition. Ten of the 15 singers who auditioned advanced to the next round, the All-Region Choir audition which will take place on October 19th at Clear Lake High School.
The ultimate goal is to be one of 300 high school singers chosen as the best in the state and to attend the clinic and concert in San Antonio in February 2020.
