Marcelo Acosta-Ruiz Will Wrestle for State Title
The top wrestlers in the state of Texas will be at the Berry Center in Cypress, Texas February 23-24, 2018 vying for the title of State Champion in 6A. Brazoswood High School and BISD will be well represented by Senior Marcelo Acosta-Ruiz in the 220 pound class and his coach Curtis Roberts Jr., District 12-6A Boys Coach of the Year. Marcelo placed 3rd at the Regional Tournament to earn a chance to claim the title.
